Items, excluding special orders, will be returnable within 14 days of receipt. Please notify me within the 14 day period by email or telephone, or your return may be declined. Customer pays for return shipments.
Custom and Special Orders are not returnable.
Please make sure we receive the item to be returned within 14 days of your receipt, or contact us to let us know it’s on its way. Where possible, please re-use the original packaging. We do not pay for shipment of returned items.
